Check a short-notice airport transfer online
Need an airport transfer from Augsburg at short notice? Check online whether a suitable last-minute pickup slot is available for Munich, Memmingen, Stuttgart or Nuremberg Airport.
Subject to availability, you can book your private direct transfer up to 12 hours before pickup – with no shared rides and with transparent pricing. The final total fare is displayed before you complete your booking.

Last-minute booking depends on capacity, so it is not available on every date or at every time. When a slot is shown, select the suitable pickup time and complete the booking online as usual.

Fixed pickup time for last-minute bookings
For last-minute transfers, the pickup time stated in your booking confirmation is binding – both for journeys to the airport and pickups after landing. Please be ready at the agreed pickup location or meeting point at the confirmed time. For airport pickups, please provide your correct flight number.
15-minute grace period and waiting charges
A maximum 15-minute grace period applies from the confirmed pickup time.
If you have not boarded the vehicle within this period, waiting charges of €15.00 for each started 15-minute period apply from the 16th minute, provided the driver is operationally able to wait.
Additional waiting time cannot be guaranteed due to subsequent bookings. If the vehicle has to leave after the grace period, the no-show provisions of our terms and conditions apply. Different arrangements apply only if expressly stated in your booking confirmation.
What happens if your flight or baggage is delayed?
A flight delay does not automatically change your confirmed last-minute pickup time. Delayed baggage collection, passport control or other delays do not automatically extend the confirmed pickup time or grace period.
If you experience a delay, please contact us as early as possible on +49 821 44963828. We will check whether an adjustment is operationally possible. A later pickup is only agreed once ATS has expressly confirmed it.

No suitable last-minute slot?
If no marked date, time slot or suitable pickup time is displayed, use the regular booking option. For a future trip, you can also register your preferred ride weeks or months in advance. If a matching discount or special offer becomes available, you will be informed by email and can then decide whether to book.
